ABDUCTOR & ADDUCTOR MACHINE
This trains the muscles inside of the thighs, known as the adductor muscles including the longus magnus and brevis. It also works the muscles that move the thigh outwards, including the Sartorius, gluteus medius, and tensor fascia latae.
